Sarah Hayley Orrantia, born on 21 February 1994, is an American actor, singer, and music producer. She is best known for her character Erica Goldberg on the ABC comedy series The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne, a country pop group that was formed by Paula Abdul during the first season of The X Factor. In 2015 she released her first single "Love Sick". The EP she released as her debut The Way Out was released in May 2019. Orrantia started singing at the age of nine , and started professional training at age 12. McGowan made her film debut in 1992 in Encino Man (1992), and was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award nomination in 1995 for her performance as the dark comedy The Doom Generation (1995). McGowan's first film appearance was in the horror film Scream in the year 1996. Later, she became the headliner of Jawbreaker (1999), Devil in the Flesh (1998) and Going All the Way (1997). McGowan's role as Paige Matthews on the WB supernatural drama Charmed (2001-2006) was her most well-known character. Quentin Tarantino directed her double-feature film Grindhouse (2006), where she was awarded the Saturn Award for Best Actress and the Scream Award to Best Scream Queen.
